shipping & return policy


  • We offer flat rate shipping of $14.99 within Canada along with free shipping on all orders over $125 CAD (before tax).
  • Tamed and Wild does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees. 
  • We know your pup is excited to receive their new bed or product, so we try our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible! However, good things do take time so please allow 3-7 business days for all orders to be processed and sent out the door.
  • Handmade items can take 7-10 business days to be created and shipped. 
  • Typically, please allow up to 10 business days for Canada orders to reach you after they have left our warehouse.
  • All orders will be provided with a tracking number once the order has shipped. 
  • Unfortunately, this does happen. In order to try to locate your package please consider the following:
    • The package may have been delivered to your neighbors.
    • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property.
    • The shipping provider made an error and it has not actually been delivered yet.
    • Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household. Please check the tracking number to see where you can locate the pickup destination.
  • Please contact Canada Post regarding tracking down your order. 
  • If after taking all the above steps to locate your order and you do not have any luck finding it, please reach out to with the subject “Where is My Order” and include your order number. We will then investigate with the shipping carrier. 


  • We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their order. However, given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there are any issues, please email us at to discuss. 
  • We are truly sorry if you received an item that is not up to our standards! Please email us at with the subject “Defective” asap if the item appears damaged and or you received the wrong product. You will need to provide us with a photo of the defect or the item you incorrectly received. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to evaluate the issue. If the issue is our fault, we will send you a shipping label to have the product sent back to us. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will process a refund for the item.
  • Items that are considered defective are: anything with a rip or tear upon receiving the order or zippers that will not work. 
  • Damage caused by your pet is not considered defective and will not be replaced.
  • Oh no, sounds like your dog got up to some mischief! While our beds and products are very durable, they are not indestructible and excessive biting and chewing will lead to damage. We do not offer any returns/replacements on products that are damaged due to your pup’s mishaps. Feel free to reach out to with the subject “Pup Mishap” to discuss options or suggestions we might have.
